WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT OFF TIMES?

All completed orders made with us before 2pm between Monday to Friday are dispatched same working day, any orders after this time are dispatched next working day, we do not dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday,

CAN  I GET YOU ADD A MESSAGE INSIDE THE CARD?

We will only add personal messages inside any card theme we sell, personalised or non personalised as long as the card is being sent directly to the person it is meant for, the process is different, simply order then EMAIL US HERE with the message you like added inside the card, once your card is made we will email you back with pictures on how that card looks and the card will be sealed upon delivery ready for the person it is meant for

Please note, photos we sent you are not photos for approval, they will be photos of finished card so you can see what it looks like before ti arrives with them

WHY ARE PRICES HIGHER ON EBAY THAN ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Simple answer is, ebay fees, where ebay charge higher fees we need to charge higher prices to cover the costs of item, packing, postage, ebay fees which include processing fees, payment fees, VAT and more, on our website,there is no fees apart from paypal when you order, paypal fees are lower than ebay fees and therefore our prices on our website are lower compared to ebay

WHAT ARE OUR CARDS PRINTED ON?

All our occasions cards are printed on 300gsm Satin / Silk photo finish card stock using a high quality laser printer which offers vibrant and crisp clear picture finish and come with a white envelope

All our cards also have front, back and inside printing, we do not add personal messages inside our cards as personal messages are meant to be personal and written by hand by yourself, this would mean more to the person the card its for


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER / I MADE AN ERROR WITH MY ORDER?

Please CONTACT US as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order, if you have ordered between 7am - 3pm then your order will be processed within the 30 minuets of time of your order (depending on peak times) if your order has not been dispatched you have time to cancel or amend, if your order has already been dispatched then we can not accept cancel request or amend request

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

As long as you have it on your payment shipping address then yes we will send to a different address other than the billing address

CAN I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE IF I AM BLOCKED ON EBAY?

Depends on the reason, if your order was cancelled and refunded as you did not send photos in time, then yes we will accept your order, if you make false claims for non delivery which is fraud by the way or made any kind of unfriendly remarks to our business and or customer service, then the answer is no you can not, if you do attempt to order your order will be cancelled

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PHOTOS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

Your photos will stay on your order for 14 days after your order has been completed, this is where we delete your photos from our system, your photos are only used to complete your order and the 14 day time frame is so we know there is no issue with your finished completed order, if you contact us after 14 days with an issue then you will need to resend photos to us

CAN I SEND PHOTOS THAT CONTAIN NUDITY?

Yes, we will allow nudity photos for personalised orders which is not a problem, if you want your photo added it will be added

I DO NOT LIKE MY ORDER, I WANT A REFUND?

If you do not like your order, for a refund you are required and will need to return the goods back as they were sent to you at your own cost, when returned then and only then a refund minus any restocking fee for personalised items we sell, will be issued back to you in the same method you made payment, 

MY ORDER HAS A SPELLING / TEXT ERROR, WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS?

We copy and past all text that is provided to us, if you made the error then we can not offer a replacement as the error is not from us, we only offer a replacement if we made a error on the item ordered

DOES GIFTS4PICS USE MY PHOTOS FOR PROMOTIONAL USE?

No we do not, any company that uses your personal photos for promotional use is illegally doing so, we already own our stock photos that we either have purchased legally or have taken ourselves, we will not use your photos other than for your own order

I WANT TO PAY BY BACS NOT PAYPAL HOW DOES THIS WORK?

BACS is a bank to bank payment method that is an alternative to paypal, SHOP£SAVE is a sale trading business and has been since 2009, we do have some staff but is still classed as a sole trader business, payment will be made to PERSON and ACCOUNT DETAILS, ORDER NUMBER will be shown on the final order confirmation screen, you will need all details on that order confrontation screen to make payment to us, we only allow 24 hours from time of your order for payment to be sent to us, if no payment made then we will cancel your order, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONLINE BANKING THEN DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY MIND?

Depending on type of item you have ordered from us then contact us with your return request, if your order is an personalised order and is a change of mind then under the personalised goods act we can not accept returns for change of mind, for non personalised goods then returns will be accepted as long the item is still sealed and returned back to us at your own cost

I AM RETURNING MY ORDER HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

If you paid by PayPal then you will be refunded in by the same method, if you used paypal with your bank account or credit card then paypal will transfer the funds back to your card or account which will take 3 days for this transfer to be completed, if you paid by BACS (Bank Transfer Option) via our bank account then you will be refunded by the same method

I WANT TO ORDER A PHOTO SLATE, HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PHOTO IS GOOD QUALITY TO USE?

As you can understand, we want you to have the best product possible but that is only possible if your photo is high quality, we will not accept mobile screen shots for any item we sell as mobile screen shots are poor low quality and can not be used, Please email photo to us HERE and we will provide you advice on if your photo would cause any issues for our slates

I SEE A RED CROSS ON MY PHOTO WHEN UPLOADING PHOTO FOR MY ORDER, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

The red cross is nothing to worry about, it's simply a delete photo feature and does not reflect the photo quality of your photo you have uploaded, if there is an issue with your photo for your order we will contact you by email on the email address used for that order

I SENT A MESSAGE, HAD NO REPLY OR PROMISED A REPLACEMENT WOULD BE SENT OUT BUT NO REPLACEMENT HAS ARRIVED WHAT HAS HAPPNED?

We are working with Social Distancing in place as well as our customer service working from there homes, however, due to COVID19 there will be no customer service as from 14th January 2021, if you sent a message we will reply within 48 hours as another member of our team will reply back to you that is not part of the customer service, if you were promised a replacement before 14th January then we may not have been passed that request from the customer service before she went into hospital 

MUG ARRIVED DAMAGED, I WANT A REFUND?

In the unlikely event your mug order arrived damaged, we do require photo proof of mug, then once return is approved then the mug will be checked for our UV code on the mug, if code is still present then a replacement mug will be sent, if UV code is missing, then the mug has been used and refund will be denied and the broken mug will be returned back to you at a cost of £8.50 charged by Royal Mail not us, you will require to pay Royal Mail fee

MUG HAS A DEFECT ON PRINT WHAT CAN BE DONE?

If your mug has a defect and is a non personalised mug please kindly EMAIL US a photo of your mug so this can be checked, non personalised mugs are bulk made in advance and boxed and we may accidently miss any defects on the mug or print, if this happens to your mug then we do apologise but did not intend for it to be sent out like that but we will resolve quickly by sending a replacement as long as you can provide a photo of defect mug

WHY HAS EU CUSTOMERS SHIPPING ENDED?

We will be stopping sending all orders going into within the EU as from 1st July, if you wish to order from us please use our ebay store or etsy store where ebay and etsy will collect this tax
